What time will you turn up and perform?
Standard performance
times are
Morning: 9.30 - 10.30 10.30 - 11.15
Afternoon:
1.30 - 2.15 2.30 - 3.15
Each shows lasts about 45 minutes
Big Shows take 45 minutes to set up and 30 mins to pack away
Clive will arrive 60 minutes before the show
to say hello and park. He will need access to the performance space 45 mins before the start of the show.
If
your hall is used for dinners this is not usually a problem, as Clive only needs access to the actual performance area in
the first instance - not the whole hall, This would be about the size of a car parking space. In other words,
the hall does not have to be completely clear before he begins setting up.
It is sometimes possible to start at
different times. This depends on where Clive is coming from or going to for the rest of the day.
Please note
that Clive will arrive in plenty of time, but will presume that parking and access are as requested.
